Türkiye tells Iran: Violating our airspace is unacceptable
Ankara, March 10 (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi during a telephone call on Tuesday that the violation of Turkish airspace by Iranian ballistic missiles was unacceptable, a source at the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
The source explained that Araqchi informed Fidan that Tehran was conducting a broad investigation into the matter.
He stated that Fidan reiterated Türkiye’s demand for all parties to refrain from any actions that could endanger civilians, and assured Araqchi that Ankara would take action against missiles targeting it.
