Exclusive - Chairman of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea International: The company will take over responsibility for the luxury Sindalah Island project in NEOM.
June 18 (Reuters) - John Pagano, president of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea International, said he would explore ways to salvage the troubled Sindalah Island project, after confirming for the first time that responsibility for the luxury development had been transferred to his company, as the kingdom seeks to rescue one of its most prominent stalled projects under Vision 2030.
He told Reuters on the sidelines of a Saudi business conference in Rome, "The project has not yet been officially handed over, but it will be, and then we will take responsibility for it, and we will study how to complete and revive it."
