NEW YORK, July 2 (Reuters) - Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said on Thursday that the development of artificial intelligence agents over the past four months has not "accelerated as much as we had hoped."
According to a recording seen by Reuters, Zuckerberg said during an internal staff meeting that the company's restructuring process, which included significant job cuts, had not gone "as smoothly as hoped," indicating that Meta's bets on the new organizational structure "have not yet paid off."
