The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman signed a cooperation agreement with Emirates Auctions, a company specializing in organizing and managing public and online auctions in the Middle East. Under this agreement, the company will organize all real estate auctions referred by the Department of Land, whether in-person or online. This agreement is part of the shared effort to develop the real estate sector by promoting digital transformation and eliminating bureaucracy in real estate procedures.
The signing ceremony took place during the third edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organized by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation under the generous guidance and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman. The exhibition will continue until May 1. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, and His Excellency Abdullah Matar Al Mannai, Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates Auctions, in the presence of a number of managers and officials from both sides.
Strengthening the strategic partnership
Under the cooperation agreement, the strategic partnership between the two parties will be expanded and cooperation and coordination will be enhanced regarding real estate auctions, subject to the procedures and jurisdictions of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department. Emirates Auction will organize real estate auctions referred by the Department in accordance with the official regulations and instructions issued by the Department. The company will also be committed to utilizing the latest digital technologies to efficiently manage and execute auctions.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi pointed out that the signing of the agreement comes as part of the plan and efforts of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman to provide competitive and innovative real estate services with the aim of enriching the customer experience, diversifying auction options, improving auction mechanisms, simplifying procedures, and achieving the highest returns. This will contribute to supporting the vision and mission of the Department aimed at achieving innovative global real estate leadership and providing a sustainable investment environment. He pointed out that the cooperation with Emirates Auctions came in light of its pioneering experience in this field and its advanced capabilities in organizing and managing public and electronic auctions.

In turn, His Excellency Abdullah Matar Al Mannaei said that the cooperation with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is a qualitative addition to the list of Emirates Auction partners, and a step that reflects the confidence in the company’s reputation, performance and services at the national and regional levels. He pointed out that the agreement constitutes a qualitative addition that enhances the growth and development witnessed by the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
