Saudi Arabia’s National Steel Company, listed on the parallel market “Nomu” and operating in the production of reinforcing steel, has submitted a request to move to the main market “TASI”, according to the company’s disclosure to the Saudi market on Thursday.

- It was founded in 2008, and its shares were traded on "Nomu" in 2021.

- The company’s activity is currently focused on the production of reinforcing steel, through a factory in Saudi Arabia that includes a line for the production of billets used as a raw material in the production of steel, and a line for the production of reinforcing steel.

- The factory has an annual production capacity of 280,000 tons of billets and 320,000 tons of reinforcing steel.

The company operates from Riyadh and is one of the leading iron producers in Saudi Arabia, exporting abroad.

- During 2025, a commercial sector was opened to market and sell iron and steel products, whether manufactured internally or supplied by approved suppliers, in order to diversify income sources and expand the customer base.

During the first quarter of this year, net profit declined by 17.3% year-on-year, recording 2.4 million riyals (approximately $633,000), compared to 2.9 million riyals in the same period of 2025, paid   With expenses rising by 96.9%, and financing costs by 18.1%.
