Gaydon, UK: Aston Martin today announced the launch of a new multi-unit residential project within its Interiors by Aston Martin portfolio, in partnership with Setay Real Estate Group, the largest privately owned real estate developer in Northeast Brazil. The project, named Setay Residences Interiors by Aston Martin, marks the British automotive brand's first foray into the residential market in Brazil and South America.
This move comes as part of Aston Martin's expanding real estate portfolio, which saw significant growth in 2025 following the completion of the No. 001 Minami Aoyama project in Japan and the announcement of the Daytona Beach Shores project in Florida. This project also represents the second collaboration under the Interiors by Aston Martin initiative, highlighting the brand's unique approach of using high-quality materials and superior craftsmanship in its distinctive residential units.
The City Residences Interiors by Aston Martin complex consists of a 45-story residential tower, joining the list of the tallest buildings in northeastern Brazil; it offers residential units ranging in size from 105 to 320 square meters, confirming the development of the luxury real estate market in the region and reflecting its growing potential.
The new residential complex is located in João Pessoa, Paraíba, which continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading centers of economic and demographic growth in Brazil, as the state recorded exceptional levels of growth in the tourism sector during 2025. Aston Martin is overseeing the interior design of the project, according to an artistic vision that carries the same values that distinguish its luxury car models, represented by unique classic touches and high-quality materials, in addition to precise engineering and extreme attention to detail.
Commenting on this, Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification at Aston Martin, said: “Through this project, which marks our first presence in the Brazilian market, we seek to combine the luxurious British elegance of our brand with the captivating natural beauty of the state of Paraíba. We also look forward to delivering an architectural masterpiece that elevates bespoke living experiences in an innovative way that reflects the essence of modern Brazilian luxury, by combining our distinctive design style with the rich culture and natural beauty of the region.”
João Pessoa's real estate market is based on the city's captivating natural features, particularly its pristine beaches, rich history, and growing infrastructure, transforming the region into a vibrant destination for both living and investment. These attributes have attracted numerous high-net-worth investors from across Brazil, especially from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Brasília, as well as professionals and remote investors, who have found in Paraíba's capital a primary or secondary home that combines tranquility with urban appeal.
The City Group operates in four capital cities in northeastern Brazil, where it has successfully developed over 8,000 residential units. The addition of the Interiors by Aston Martin project further strengthens the company's commitment to setting new standards in the region's real estate market and establishing Paraíba as a leading beachfront destination in Brazil through its high-end residential offerings. The architectural firm Baggio Pereira & Scaevón Arquititura was commissioned to design the project, leveraging the team's expertise and advanced technical knowledge to ensure a design characterized by the highest levels of creativity and craftsmanship.
André Benazzi, CEO of Setay Real Estate Group, said: “The launch of Aston Martin’s first residential project in South America, specifically in the Brazilian state of Paraíba, represents a strategic step that enriches our collaborative projects with prestigious global brands and enhances the region’s position on the global map of luxury residential real estate. I have always been captivated by Aston Martin’s professional craftsmanship, both as a lover of the brand and as one of its clients for more than 15 years; its approach embodies the meaning of ultimate luxury and refined elegance.”
The new residential complex in Paraíba represents a new standard of luxury living and an ideal haven for those seeking permanent or temporary residence. It also marks a significant milestone in the Brazilian real estate market, combining architectural artistry, design, lifestyle, and performance, thus solidifying the area's position as a prestigious residential destination both locally and internationally.
A glimpse into Aston Martin Lagonda
Aston Martin seeks to achieve its vision of becoming the world's leading British luxury car brand by manufacturing the finest high-performance vehicles.
Founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, Aston Martin quickly established itself as a leading brand committed to the highest standards of refinement, luxury, and performance. The iconic brand combines cutting-edge technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and distinctive, elegant designs to produce flagship luxury models, including the Vantage, DB12, Vanquish, and DBX, as well as the Valhalla, Aston Martin’s first mid-engine plug-in hybrid. In line with its sustainability strategy, Green Racing, Aston Martin is developing alternatives to the internal combustion engine and pursuing a hybrid drive system. The brand also has a clear plan to design a range of electric sports cars and SUVs.
Based in Gaydon, England, Aston Martin Lagonda designs and manufactures its vehicles, which are sold in more than 50 countries worldwide. The brand produces its sports cars in Gaydon, while its luxury DBX SUVs are manufactured in St Athan, Wales.
The Lagonda brand was founded in 1899 and merged with Aston Martin in 1947 after being purchased by the late Sir David Brown; the new company was listed on the London Stock Exchange as Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings Limited.
In 2020, the company appointed Lawrence Stroll as CEO and launched the Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 racing team, opening up a new phase for the brand and bringing it back to the forefront of the motorsport scene.
