Commenting on this launch, Vice Chairman of the Board, Professor Rashid Mohammed Omar Bin Haider, stated: “It is not about replacing humans, but about reshaping how work is done. We are accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence across multiple sectors and departments within the group, with a vision to support up to 30% of selected operational processes with generative AI in key functions such as finance, public relations, security, digital media and social media, and customer relations, in addition to other sectors including education, hospitality, smart booking platforms, maritime services, non-profit business, entertainment, real estate and engineering .

We will also be introducing additional AI-powered entities and operational functions across these departments and sectors in the near future.
