Revenues reached EGP 19.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.2%, driven by accelerated delivery schedules and efficient execution across various existing projects, demonstrating the company's commitment to fulfilling its promises and enhancing its operational performance .
Gross profit reached EGP 9.9 billion, the highest in the company's history, driven by disciplined cost management and an improved product mix, underscoring the strength of the business model and its ability to deliver strong and sustainable profit margins . Net profit reached EGP 7.5 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of 17.2%, after adjusting for non-recurring items recorded in the previous year, further demonstrating the robustness and sustainability of the company's operational performance .
The hospitality sector achieved revenue growth of 33% year-on-year, driven by improved occupancy rates, a higher average daily rate, and enhanced operational efficiency . Commercial leasing activities, which include retail space leased to tenants, also recorded a 43% year-on-year increase, reflecting the continued expansion of the recurring income base and the strengthening of stable cash flows .
Emaar Misr and its subsidiaries also strengthened their land portfolio during 2025 by adding 4 new land plots with a total area of approximately 3,450 acres, which supports future expansion plans and enhances the long-term growth base .
