Riyadh, with strategic support from the Culinary Arts Commission, will host HORECA Riyadh and the Chocolate and Confectionery Exhibition from December 15-17, 2025 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Convention Center. Featuring elite Saudi chefs and Host Arabia, these four major events will combine to form the capital's largest hospitality and food service week, attracting approximately 50,000 professionals and 500 exhibitors across an area exceeding 42,000 square meters .

In its fourteenth edition, HORECA Riyadh showcases the latest offerings from the hospitality industry, including cutting-edge products and technologies, and world-class culinary talent, covering all aspects of the sector; from hotel and restaurant management to catering services, design, and innovation in food and beverages. The event thus provides a leading platform for building partnerships and developing businesses .

The exhibition features a wide-ranging program of competitions and specialized activities celebrating creativity, professionalism, and expertise, with the participation of 40 experts, judges, and speakers from within the Kingdom and abroad. More than 100 contestants are participating in various events, including the "Hospitality Culinary Salon," the "Riyadh Barista Competition," and the "Mocktail Competition." Meanwhile, the " HORECA Talks" platform, organized by Hospitality News Middle East and Hodeema Consulting Services, offers expert-led panel discussions on current trends and the future of investment and innovation in the Saudi hospitality, food, and beverage sector .

The exhibition once again welcomes Guillaume Gomez, president of the Gastronomy Group and former French ambassador of culinary arts, as this year's guest of honor .

The events continue in parallel with the third edition of the "Chocolate and Confectionery Exhibition – Riyadh," the local branch of the world's most famous exhibition dedicated to chocolate and confectionery arts. This year, the exhibition offers an innovative experience, including more than 40 live demonstrations, workshops, and specialized competitions. Meanwhile, the " Pastry Show" brings together a select group of chefs and artisans from the region and around the world, showcasing the talents of more than 50 participants .

The salon announces that it will host world-renowned Belgian chef Pierre Marcolini as a guest of honor, where he will present an advanced training course on chocolate and participate in a panel discussion within the "Horeca Dialogues" on innovation and chocolate making.
