This batch was launched in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund, and in partnership with Bunyan Academy, Al-Batargi Colleges, and Airports Academy, where the graduates completed a 27-month training journey that included English language training, specialized professional qualification, and practical on-the-job training.

The program is at the forefront of the company’s initiatives to develop human capital, as it was launched by “Red Sea International” in 2021 in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund with the aim of preparing national competencies to fill quality jobs in the tourism and hospitality sectors, and it is the largest of its kind among major tourism projects.

These graduates are a model of the national capabilities that we rely on to lead the future of the tourism sector in Saudi Arabia, and an embodiment of the success of strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors in building national competencies and qualifying them for promising opportunities.”

These programs continue their role in empowering national talents and opening new career paths for them, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhancing the contribution of Saudis to the growth of the tourism sector.”

For his part, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jawini, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, said: “We are proud of our strategic partnership with Red Sea International in the Red Sea Vocational Training Program, as a successful national model for linking training with employment. Trainees who successfully complete the program receive a diploma, along with employment opportunities with operators, facilities, and destinations of "Red Sea International," ensuring that training outcomes are aligned with actual labor market needs.
