Alizz Islamic Bank, in cooperation with Injaz Oman, celebrated the graduation of the first batch of participants in the program dedicated to empowering people with disabilities, in a step that reflects the success of the initiative in developing personal and professional skills and enhancing the participants’ readiness for the future and job opportunities .
The participants completed an intensive training program that included a series of specialized workshops that focused on self-development, communication skills, building self-confidence, preparing for the work environment, entrepreneurship, and teamwork, in addition to a number of basic life skills that contribute to enhancing independence and developing personal capabilities.
The graduation ceremony included honoring the participants in recognition of their commitment, interaction, and remarkable progress during the program, reflecting the positive impact of this initiative in empowering people with special needs and preparing them for active participation in society and the labor market .
On this occasion, Ms. Lina Al Abdul Salam, Head of Marketing and Communications at Alizz Islamic Bank, said: “The graduation of the first batch represents an important milestone in the journey of this initiative, and embodies the determination and great potential of the participants. This program comes as an extension of the successful partnership between Alizz Islamic Bank and Injaz Oman, which previously resulted in the implementation of financial literacy programs that benefited more than 1,000 students from various schools in the Sultanate, confirming the two parties’ continued commitment to empowering the community and promoting sustainable development .
