Dubai, UAE: Beyond Real Estate Development has confirmed that construction work is progressing at a steady pace on its projects within its 8 million square foot master plan in Dubai Maritime City, with advanced completion rates achieved across all projects and key structural stations delivered according to approved schedules.

The overall completion rate for the "Aria" project has reached 72.9%, with the concrete structure fully completed, marking a major construction milestone that reflects the project's significant progress. Blockwork and plastering are 95% complete, and interior finishing work is progressing steadily up to the 30th floor. The first phase of mechanical and electrical installations has also been completed. Installation of the exterior facade has reached the 20th floor, gradually revealing its distinctive architectural identity against the Dubai Maritime City skyline. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

The Sariya project has recorded an overall completion rate of 10.32%, according to data from the Dubai Land Department. Following the appointment of Gulf Asia Contracting Company as the main contractor in the fourth quarter of 2025, the project has firmly entered the structural construction phase. To date, more than 7,500 cubic meters of concrete have been poured, with the foundations, ground floor, and first and second podiums completed. Work is currently underway on the third podium, and the foundation walls are progressing to the first level. In the next quarter of this year, construction aims to reach the sixth floor for slab work and the ninth floor for concrete walls, with finishing work commencing during the same period. The project is on track for completion in the first quarter of 2028.

According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the completion rate for the "Oryse" project reached 5.99%. Following the completion of preliminary works and the appointment of "ASGC Construction" as the main contractor, construction work is progressing at a steady pace. The team is currently working to complete the pouring of the ground floor slab by June 2026, while the foundation work is proceeding according to plan, with the aim of reaching the concrete walls to the level of the first podium during the next quarter of this year.

As for the Sensia project, the overall completion rate reached 4.67% according to data from the Dubai Land Department, with the completion of preliminary works and the appointment of General Construction Company as the main contractor. More than 1,050 cubic meters of concrete have been poured in the tower areas, with progress towards completing the ground floor slab in May 2026, and the target of reaching the second podium level with the concrete walls by the end of the next quarter of this year.

The Mural project has achieved an overall completion rate of 6.43%, according to data from the Dubai Land Department, following the completion of preliminary works and the appointment of General Construction Company as the main contractor. More than 1,000 cubic meters of concrete have been poured, with work progressing towards the completion of the ground and basement slabs by June 2026, and the target of reaching the first podium level with concrete walls within the next quarter.
