Dubai, Swiss GRC (“Swiss GRC”) announced the appointment of Rajiv Dutt as Regional Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific ( MEA & APAC ) region, in a move that reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership structure and expanding its presence in these vital markets.

Rajiv Dutt previously served as Regional General Manager and now holds broader responsibilities, including leading and developing Swiss GRC's business across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific markets. He brings over 25 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance ( GRC ), as well as business continuity management. Prior to joining Swiss GRC , he held leadership positions at InfiniteBlue , SAI360 , and MetricStream .

This appointment comes as part of Swiss GRC 's continued international growth. Since establishing its presence in the region two years ago, the company has successfully built a growing client base that includes leading institutions such as G42 Group, Qatar National Bank, Rotana Hotels, the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Dubai Chambers, and BENEFIT in Bahrain.

Swiss GRC continues to strengthen its regional organizational structure, with the promotion of Babu Manikan to Head of Presales for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific region. This promotion recognizes his outstanding contributions and expertise in client engagement, solutions consulting, and leading presales activities. Shankar Umandu, Head of International Consulting, brings extensive experience within GRC and a proven track record of leading implementation projects and providing consulting services. Both men contribute to enhancing Swiss GRC's leadership and implementation capabilities in the region.
