Manama – Arabian Gulf University: The Arabian Gulf University will launch four institutional projects next Wednesday morning, including the strategic plan for the period (2026–2030), the new institutional identity, the technological transformation project, and the human resources development project, as part of its direction to enhance institutional transformation and raise its readiness to keep pace with the requirements of higher education in the next stage.

The inauguration ceremony will be held under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Saad bin Saud Al-Fahd. These projects come within an integrated vision aimed at developing academic, administrative and research performance, and enhancing the competitiveness of the university at the regional and international levels.

His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Saad bin Saud Al-Fahd, affirmed that these projects represent a qualitative step in the university’s journey, and contribute to enhancing its ability to continuously develop and build a more efficient and flexible work system, which supports its role as a leading Gulf academic institution in serving education, research and innovation.

For his part, the Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research, Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi, explained that these projects come within the context of developing the university work system, improving the quality of outputs, and enhancing the university’s readiness to respond to the requirements of the next stage in the fields of higher education and scientific research.

The university views these projects as an interconnected package that enhances the efficiency of the institutional work system, through the development of strategic frameworks, the consolidation of a modern institutional identity, the upgrading of the technical infrastructure and the improvement of the quality of services, in addition to the development of human capital and the strengthening of governance practices, in order to support the achievement of the university’s goals and raise its readiness for the future.
