Jumeirah, the group’s leading hospitality brand, will continue to manage the luxury resort, which has been synonymous with success for many years, ensuring the continued delivery of the highest standards of hotel service.
Jumeirah Mallorca boasts an exceptional location as a luxurious retreat on the island’s northwest coast, featuring 121 hotel rooms, each designed to offer an exclusive stay. The resort offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Furthermore, it has achieved the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, underscoring the property’s rigorous commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Following the acquisition, Dubai Holding intends to invest further to enhance the hotel experience at the resort, solidifying its position as a flagship destination for the Jumeirah brand in the Mediterranean region.
This deal is a practical translation of Dubai Holding’s strategy to invest in quality assets within vital international markets, in support of its long-term vision to build a diversified and flexible global investment portfolio.

With this acquisition, Dubai Hospitality Holding expands its international portfolio to 34 hotels and resorts, including five Jumeirah-branded properties across Europe. The company's portfolio includes some of the world's most prestigious hospitality brands, such as the Bulgari Hotel Dubai, a variety of exceptional dining options, and Jumeirah, the local luxury hospitality brand that operates 29 renowned properties in key global destinations.
