The service provides the ability to easily book a vehicle renewal inspection appointment via the Rafed application. After confirming the booking, the company team will collect the vehicle from the customer’s location, transport it to the inspection center in the Al-Azra area to complete the renewal inspection, and return it after the inspection is completed, to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience during the holy month.

The service is committed to the highest standards of accuracy and quality, paying attention to every detail to ensure customer satisfaction. To obtain the service, it is required to share the live geographic location via the application and to verify the accuracy of the data related to the vehicle and its owner, with the necessity of booking the appointment at least one day in advance to ensure that the service is provided on time.

This service operates during the month of Ramadan, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, all days of the week except for Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, as it is an official holiday.

The service costs AED 300 and includes vehicle transport and renewal inspection, saving customers time and effort and ensuring a convenient and seamless experience.
