SAL Logistics, a leading national provider of freight handling, logistics solutions, and supply chain management in the Kingdom, through its SAL Ground Handling division, has signed a strategic agreement with SF Airlines, a leading air cargo carrier in China and a subsidiary of SF Express, which operates a global network of over 130 stations. The agreement aims to provide integrated operational solutions encompassing ground handling and air cargo services in Saudi Arabia.

This agreement comes within the framework of SAL’s strategy aimed at enhancing the efficiency and reliability of its services, and improving the quality of operational processes, in order to support the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and to consolidate the Kingdom’s position as a global center for trade, transport and logistics services.

The agreement combines SAL’s extensive experience in ground handling and air freight services with SF’s aviation operations in the Kingdom, ensuring smooth operations and raising the level of operational efficiency and quality of services provided.

Under the agreement, SAL will provide integrated operational services including air cargo handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and a number of other operational services related to the operated flights. The agreement is an extension of SAL's efforts to expand its portfolio of integrated air cargo ground handling services.

This agreement also confirms SAL’s commitment to building strategic partnerships with major global carriers and enhancing operational excellence in its services, which supports the role of the air cargo sector in enabling trade and supply chains, and contributes to enhancing the Kingdom’s competitiveness at the regional and global levels.
