Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Samerj celebrated a significant milestone in its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia, following the successful implementation of three digital projects: the Social Development Platform, the Non-Governmental Shelter Services Development Project for People with Disabilities, and the Integrated Services Project .

The event was held recently at the Ministry headquarters in the presence of the CEO of Samerj Company, Mr. Shadi Abdulwahab, and His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Digital Transformation, Engineer Faisal Bakhshwin, along with leaders and members of the joint teams from both sides .

The social development platform has contributed to enhancing the efficiency of service delivery and facilitating beneficiary access to these services. Meanwhile, the project to develop services for non-governmental shelters for people with disabilities focused on empowering these entities digitally and raising the level of governance and quality of services provided to people with disabilities. The integrated services project also worked to standardize systems and procedures to ensure the integration and smooth delivery of services across various channels .

During the ceremony, Samarg leaders affirmed that this success reflects the company’s belief in the role of technology as a true enabling tool that contributes to achieving a sustainable social impact, praising the spirit of cooperation and joint work that was the basis of this achievement .
