In this context, Mr. Hamad Al-Hajri, the founder of “Sununu”, assumed his new position as CEO of International Markets at Jahez Group, in a move that is considered an important milestone for the group and reflects its growing ambition for regional and international expansion.

Hamad Al Hajri is an entrepreneur and engineer in the technology sector with over 20 years of international experience. He has co-founded 12 startups and built deep expertise in innovation, artificial intelligence, superapps, and e-commerce platforms. He holds an advanced certificate in project management from Stanford University (2016), an Executive MBA from HEC Paris (2017), and completed the prestigious Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School (2019). Most recently, Al Hajri achieved a significant milestone for Qatar by leading the strategic partnership with Jahez Group, resulting in one of the largest investments in the country's technology sector history. This partnership brought together two Gulf leaders to shape the future of the region's digital economy through collaboration, talent development, and the deployment of advanced technologies.
Concurrently with this transition, Jaime Boy Espizoa – who was serving as Chief Commercial Officer – was appointed Acting CEO of Sununu Qatar. His leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to Qatar have been evident throughout his tenure, making him well-suited to lead the company in its next phase and further enhance its national leadership.
Snoonu also announced promotions and new appointments to strengthen its leadership team. Gabriella Tom was promoted to Chief People and Corporate Purpose Officer, while Rahma Obaid was officially appointed Chief Marketing Officer. The senior management team expanded with the addition of Vice Presidents: Raouf Enikef (Products, Marketplace, and New Services), Huda Taheri (Information Systems and Cybersecurity), Khalid Muraibeh (Driver Platform and Logistics), and Artem Lobachev (Engineering and New Services). Abdulaziz Al-Qahtani was appointed General Manager of a new project, which will be announced soon during the Web Summit, while Haitham Al-Haidari joined Snoonu as General Manager of New Projects.
These appointments reflect the high-level leadership cadres that “Sununu” possesses, with a shared vision of excellence, which enhances the company’s ability to provide innovative solutions that make life easier for everyone in Qatar and beyond, and supports its plans for continued expansion under the Sununu brand.
