Zawya - Press Releases: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Al Ramz Capital announce the winners of the second edition of the "Al Ramz Trading and Investment" competition to promote financial literacy.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Group, the second largest financial market in the Arab region, and Al Ramz Capital today announced the winners of the second edition of the “Al Ramz Investment and Trading Competition”,

Registration for participation in the third edition of the initiative will open on June 25.

The competition is part of both parties' efforts to encourage responsible investment, enhance financial literacy, and cultivate a culture of long-term wealth building among individuals across the UAE. By combining active market participation with an interactive rewards system, the initiative allows investors to develop their practical investment skills and broaden their understanding of how capital markets operate.

Building on the success of the first edition, the second round allowed participants to test their investment knowledge and trading strategies in a real market environment, where evaluation was based on performance rather than portfolio size. The initiative continues to attract growing interest from both new and experienced investors seeking to develop their investment practices on a more informed and disciplined basis.

To ensure a level playing field for all participants, results were evaluated using time-weighted return, measuring performance independently of invested capital to guarantee a fair and transparent assessment of trading skills. All participants also had access to market data, reports, and investment information available on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange website to help them refine their investment approaches and build more efficient and effective strategies .

With registration now open for the third edition, which will run from June 25 to July 24, investors with an active trading account with Al Ramz can continue to test their strategies, track their performance via a dedicated electronic dashboard, and compete for prizes including the grand prize of one million Etihad Guest Miles.

The initiative reflects the commitment of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Al Ramz Capital to broaden participation in the UAE capital markets and provide investors with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions in light of the rapidly evolving investment landscape.
