Cairo: Sky Innovo Developments announced the launch of Citystars Park St. , a distinctive mixed-use development in New Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 100 billion. The project spans 140,000 square meters of land, with a total built-up area of approximately 560,000 square meters. Its prime location, boasting a 1.2-kilometer-long main frontage, makes it one of the most prominent urban developments in New Cairo. Situated just 20 minutes from Cairo International Airport, the project enjoys excellent international connectivity, enhancing its appeal as a comprehensive destination for business, tourism, and modern lifestyles. The project also features approximately 5,000 parking spaces, ensuring easy access and further solidifying its position as a major commercial and entertainment hub.

The commercial and entertainment sector is a key component of the project, featuring an integrated destination that includes restaurants and cafes spanning 35,000 square meters. This component is expected to create significant job opportunities, support international brands and local businesses, and contribute to the economic development of Cairo.

The project also includes luxury office spaces designed to attract regional and international companies. It will feature the launch of Egypt's first fully managed hotel-style office concept by Park St. , offering hospitality-inspired services within the workplace, including integrated health and wellness facilities and services that enhance the employee experience and boost productivity.
