Madinah | Safa Soft showcases its “ YUSUR.COM” platform, an AI-powered digital platform to facilitate Umrah bookings, during its participation in the Umrah and Visit Forum 2026 in Madinah, in a move that reflects the company’s direction towards expanding its services to include digital solutions directed at the end user, in addition to its operational infrastructure in the sector .

The “Yusr” platform is one of the first digital platforms of its kind in the Umrah market, as it allows users to search, compare and book Umrah packages online within an integrated experience, with a focus on ease of use, enhancing price competitiveness and transparency of available options .

The platform will be showcased during the forum, which will be held at the King Salman International Conference Center from March 30 to April 1, and will bring together a select group of government agencies, operators, investors and technology solution providers, in support of developing the Umrah sector in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 .

The platform was recently launched internationally during the ITB Berlin trade fair, one of the world’s leading events in the travel and tourism sector, and its presentation in Madinah represents its first direct presentation to Umrah companies and regulatory bodies within the Kingdom .

Industry experts point out that Umrah services have undergone rapid transformations in recent years, with increasing reliance on digital solutions to improve user experience and enhance operational efficiency, in light of rising demand and expanding target markets .

During its participation in the forum, SafaSoft will also showcase a range of supporting solutions that form the operational infrastructure for the Umrah system, including :
