  The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched its new website, which provides an integrated digital platform that allows members, the business community and clients to easily access electronic services, initiatives and economic data through an advanced digital experience, thereby enhancing the Chamber’s digital presence and improving the quality of its services.

The website offers a comprehensive digital experience that brings together the Chamber’s core services, initiatives, affiliated institutions, and knowledge and media content within a unified platform, with information organized according to clear pathways that help users access available services, data, and opportunities, in a way that meets the needs of investors, entrepreneurs, economic establishments, and Chamber members .

Integrated digital services system

The Chamber’s website, with its new design, includes an integrated system of digital services directed to members, economic establishments and investors, including membership, certificates of origin, attestations, document verification, fee calculator, legal services and hall booking, which facilitates the completion of transactions and access to information and requirements related to each service efficiently and clearly .

The website includes sections to introduce the Chamber’s initiatives and programs that support the private sector and enhance its competitiveness, including the “Sharjah Export Development Center”, the “Trade 101” Center, business councils, sectoral working groups, and the “Sharjah Excellence Award”, enabling clients to learn about programs, opportunities, and initiatives directed to various sectors of the business community .

Integrated knowledge platform

The Chamber’s website includes a section for its affiliated institutions, including the Sharjah Expo Centre and the Sharjah International Arbitration Centre, allowing customers to learn about their roles, services, and contributions in supporting economic and commercial activities and providing specialized solutions for Chamber members and investors .

The "Knowledge Hub" section also provides diverse content including memoranda of understanding and international agreements, open data, partners, and a business directory, making it easier to access information that helps identify the economic sectors in the emirate .

The "Business Directory" supports the search for establishments and economic activities, to enable communication between companies and contributes to identifying establishments operating in various sectors, while the "Open Data" section contributes to making information available and establishing the principles of transparency and economic knowledge .

The website also features an integrated events and invitations section, providing members and the business community with a unified window to view exhibitions, conferences, economic forums, and trade missions, as well as local and international invitations to participate in specialized events, thereby enhancing opportunities for networking, building partnerships, and exploring new markets.

On this occasion, His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadhi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, affirmed that the development of the website comes within an integrated system aimed at improving the experience of customers, the private sector and members of the Chamber, enhancing the efficiency of communication channels and services, and employing economic data and information to support decision-making and raise the competitiveness of private sector establishments and their ability to grow and access new opportunities and markets.

His Excellency explained that developing the Chamber’s digital presence is in line with its vision of building a flexible and connected business environment capable of keeping pace with rapid economic and technological transformations. The platform allows for expanding the scope of benefiting from the Chamber’s services, ensuring interaction with the private sector, and responding more effectively to the needs of establishments of all sizes and sectors, thus supporting sustainable economic development and consolidating Sharjah’s position as a competitive center for business and investment.

For his part, Abdulaziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General of the Communication and Business Sector at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry , confirmed that the development of the website focused on simplifying the digital user journey, accelerating access to services and information, and improving the organization of content across various tabs, thus enabling a more user-friendly and clear digital experience .

He pointed out that the site provides electronic channels and interactive tools that help members and customers complete their transactions, verify documents, learn about service requirements and fees, give feedback and measure their satisfaction level, which supports the continuous growth of digital channels and increases the efficiency of their use .

Promoting Sharjah's investment potential

The website includes a media center that covers the Chamber’s news, events, publications, and photo and video exhibitions, allowing access to its activities, programs, and local and international participations, and enhancing awareness of its role in serving its members and promoting investment opportunities in the Emirate of Sharjah .

The sub-tabs also include permanent interactive tools such as "Your opinion matters to us," "Customer satisfaction survey," and "Happiness Meter," with the aim of measuring user satisfaction, collecting their feedback, and developing digital content and services according to their needs .
