The contract, valued at over AED 700 million, marks a significant milestone for the project and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering world-class residential communities in Dubai.
Construction commenced on April 13, 2026, and work is currently underway across the District Gough Woods site. This contract will accelerate the project's progress and reflects Majid Al Futtaim Properties' confidence in the long-term strength of Dubai's real estate market.
