Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates : Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), Abu Dhabi’s sovereign investment company, announced its acquisition of a minority stake in Power Factors, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, alongside existing investor Vista Equity Partners (Vista).

Through this investment, Mubadala will contribute to Power Factors' continued growth, accelerate innovation in its operations, and expand its global presence as a leader in the renewable energy sector. This is supported by Power Factors' Unity platform, which provides integrated and unified solutions that enable energy operators to comprehensively monitor, conduct advanced analytics, and manage technical and commercial assets across their portfolios. Power Factors currently supports approximately 70% of the world's top 50 renewable energy producers and serves more than 600 customers across 18,000 sites in over 70 countries, with a total installed capacity of 310 GW of wind, solar, and energy storage systems.

This investment will accelerate the ongoing development of Power Factors' Unity REMI smart renewable energy management platform, encompassing all its products and services. REMI's AI-enhanced solutions are reshaping how operational data is handled, enabling deeper understanding, more accurate analysis, and more efficient and effective decision-making. This investment will also enhance Power Factors' capabilities in monitoring and controlling energy storage systems, and support the development of energy storage and hybrid systems that provide essential services to power grids.
