Dubai, the Emirates Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, Nafs, the Community Development Authority, the Emirates Institute of Finance, and Dubai College of Tourism, organized an open recruitment day for Dubai Islamic Bank, in an initiative that reflects the institutional integration and joint efforts between the entities concerned with employment and professional qualification, with the aim of expanding employment opportunities for citizens in the banking sector and supporting its sustainability.
This event aims to build an integrated system that supports the sustainability of citizens’ participation in the labor market, in line with the Council’s direction towards developing effective mechanisms that directly link national competencies with job opportunities in the private sector, through innovative employment platforms that allow communication with employers and accelerate the recruitment process, which contributes to enhancing citizens’ readiness to engage and excel in vital priority economic sectors.
Commenting on this, Abdulaziz Al-Falahi, General Supervisor of Recruitment Operations at the Emirates Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, said: “This open recruitment day comes as a continuation of the Council’s efforts to transform Emiratization targets into real job opportunities that enable citizens to engage in strategic sectors that add value to the national economy.
