Dubai,   Expo City Dubai is moving forward with the completion of the Oasis Residence luxury housing project, announcing the appointment of main contractors to carry out the works for the project scheduled for delivery in 2027.

With the project spanning two key areas within Expo City Dubai, Arco Group was selected to undertake the Oasis project in the Mobility District, while Al Futtaim Contracting was chosen to be responsible for the Oasis project located in the Opportunity District. The scope of work for both companies includes the execution of the main works and the supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction, as well as interior and exterior design.

The Oasis Residences luxury housing project is one of the residential projects in Expo City’s real estate asset portfolio, which also includes villas and townhouses in the Expo Valley project, along with several apartments in the Expo Valley Views, Mangrove, Sky and Sidr projects.

Expo City Dubai is at the heart of Dubai's future, strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and the Dubai Exhibition Centre. It is a key component of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and will become a hub for the major sectors driving the implementation of Dubai's Economic Agenda (D33).
