Her Excellency emphasized that the Institute is committed to designing and implementing high-quality training programs that stem from the actual needs of the judicial sector, contribute to enhancing institutional performance efficiency, and solidify the concepts of professional excellence and discipline, thereby strengthening the quality of judicial outputs and the Institute's standing as an accredited training institution dedicated to developing specialized judicial talent .
The ceremony included honoring the participants of three specialized training programs, designed to meet the needs of judicial work and provide Dubai courts with national competencies trained according to the latest global practices. These programs are: the Judicial Reconciliation and Settlement Program – First Batch, which is the first of its kind in the Emirate of Dubai, and aims to prepare and qualify national cadres specializing in the field of amicable dispute settlement, which contributes to enhancing Dubai’s position as a model to be emulated in the speed and smoothness of judicial procedures; the Legal and Judicial Skills Program for Court Secretaries – Fifth Batch, which aims to qualify court secretaries in their various specializations and enhance their professional readiness; and the Legal and Judicial Skills Program for Case Managers – Third Batch, which aims to provide case managers with specialized legal and judicial knowledge, in addition to the skills and practical practices necessary to perform their duties effectively and efficiently .
