Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain – The Middle East Sustainability Forum today announced that Tabreed, the world’s leading provider of energy-efficient district cooling solutions and sustainable cooling infrastructure, has joined as a key partner for the fourth edition of the Forum, which will be held on January 27 and 28, 2026 at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and with the support of the Supreme Council for Environment .

The fourth edition of the Middle East Sustainability Forum 2026, themed " Enhancing Consensus, Innovation, and Implementation for Energy and Climate Transition, " is expected to attract over 500 leaders and decision-makers from the region and around the world, including ministers, government officials, financial institutions, major corporations, investors, and international experts. The forum will open with a special address by His Excellency Jassem Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, followed by a keynote address by His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, UN Special Envoy on Financing the 2030 Agenda, to establish the regional and international frameworks for discussion on energy transition and climate action .

Tabreed's participation in the forum as a key partner reflects its role in providing reliable, low-carbon cooling solutions for major projects across the Middle East and beyond. District cooling is a key component in reducing electricity demand, improving energy efficiency, and supporting national decarbonization strategies in hot climate economies .
