Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading destination and immersive experience developer, has announced the development of its new leisure destination, “Top Golf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi,” in partnership with Top Golf, a leading modern golf leisure brand, which will be a valuable addition to the island’s collection of world-class leisure facilities and attractions.

The development of the new destination is scheduled for completion in 2026, with construction currently at 28% completion. Miral is developing the project in partnership with FIA, Topgolf's authorized partner in the region.

The highly anticipated destination will feature a multi-level play area and recreational activities spanning approximately 6,500 square meters of the total built-up area, along with a 19,000-square-meter outdoor play area equipped with advanced TopTracer ball-tracking technology. It will also include 82 other play areas, eight of which are VIP zones, designed to accommodate players of varying skill levels.

The project features a multi-level entertainment complex spanning three levels. The ground floor houses a virtual reality play area, direct access to the starting lane for practice and play, rest areas, an events area, and a dedicated golf equipment store. The upper floors will offer visitors a variety of dining options, a gym with outdoor facilities, an arcade, and a customizable events space.

The project also strengthens the brand’s regional presence and supports the diverse range of leisure and entertainment options available in Abu Dhabi.

Top Golf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi is the latest addition to Miral’s growing portfolio of award-winning destinations and attractions on the island, which includes Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; Warner Bros.
