Zawya - Press Releases: Khazna and Presight have signed a commercially significant contract for an AI-powered unified command and control platform for data centers.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Khazna Data Centers, a leading global provider of large-scale digital infrastructure, has signed a long-term, commercially significant contract with Presight to implement an enhanced AI-powered facilities management solution and establish a central command and control center .

This agreement builds upon the strategic collaboration announced at GITEX Global 2025 and supports the launch of NexOps Vault, a specialized internal operating entity designed to deliver a new standard of consistency, responsiveness, and operational excellence for large-scale and AI-ready infrastructure. NexOps Vault establishes a unified operating model encompassing people, processes, technologies, and governance, while maintaining a focus on service continuity for customers managing mission-critical workloads .

The first major milestone in the implementation will be the establishment of a central command and control center that provides real-time visibility and coordinated oversight across a portfolio of data centers, enabling faster decision-making and enhanced operational flexibility .

Hassan Al Naqbi, CEO of Khazna Data Centers, said: “This collaboration enhances our ability to operate complex and critical infrastructure with higher levels of visibility, agility, and efficiency. Deploying the AI-powered PreSight platform and central command and control center supports our commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth, in parallel with the continued expansion of our global network of data centers.”

Thomas Bramudham, CEO of Presight, said: “By integrating intelligence into the core of data center operations, we are enabling higher levels of agility, efficiency, and sustainability at scale. Our work with Khazna Data Centers exemplifies Presight’s ability to transform advanced AI capabilities into scalable platforms that deliver sustainable operational value, at a time when digital infrastructure continues to grow in size, complexity, and strategic importance. We are proud to support Khazna on this journey as it sets new global standards for operational excellence in large-scale data centers.”

This implementation integrates artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the core of Khazna's data center operations, delivering a unified, data-driven approach to managing complex and energy-intensive infrastructure. The AI-enhanced PreSite facility management platform integrates data from multiple operating technology (OEM) and utility systems into a single intelligence layer, supporting predictive and proactive maintenance, proactive and predictive fault detection, and performance optimization across all utility assets .

This implementation is based on PreSite's AI-enhanced sustainable data center solution, which combines IoT technologies, advanced analytics, automation, and AI applications to support large-scale environments. The platform enables real-time monitoring and coordinated management of assets, capacity, incidents, and change operations, along with supporting continuous operational optimization across sites and regions .

The solution also incorporates digital twin capabilities through PreSite’s Meta-Intelligence platform, which provides a real-time, 3D virtual representation of data center infrastructure to support scenario simulation, spatial asset analysis, and operational planning. Integrated energy optimization and sustainability analytics support efficiency improvements, tracking of energy consumption and carbon emissions, and ESG reporting, along with benchmarking across different sites to drive continuous operational improvement .

The implementation of the Khazna project reinforces Prescite’s position as a trusted global partner in AI-powered digital infrastructure, building on its growing international portfolio in smart cities, energy, public safety, finance, education, and large-scale institutional transformations .
