Riyadh - Mubasher: Sakani Program issued the third edition of its periodic newsletter for the fourth quarter of 2024, reviewing the most prominent efforts and achievements made in the sector to serve and empower Saudi families.

The bulletin addressed the housing solutions that families benefited from during the fourth quarter of last year 2024, which varied between (units under construction, self-construction, ready-made units, and your land is your support), which reached by the end of the year the signing of more than 107 thousand contracts, including about 58 thousand contracts for low-income people, with the support of the Real Estate Development Fund and in cooperation with banks and financing institutions .

The bulletin reviewed the level of achievement in the integrated residential projects and suburbs developed by NHC in various regions of the Kingdom, which are characterized by providing all service facilities that achieve more than just housing for citizens. The bulletin also addressed the number of housing exhibitions implemented by the program during the same period for employees of the government and private sectors.
