Riyadh - Mubasher: Sanad Holding Company announced that it has received a new amount of the claim for land north of Riyadh, worth SAR 3.18 million, bringing the total amount collected in cash to about SAR 5.75 million, representing 2.85% of the total debt amounting to SAR 202 million.

The company stated in a statement on "Tadawul" today, Wednesday, that it continues, through its assigned lawyer, to follow up with the Enforcement Court in accordance with the recovery of the amount of 202 million riyals, stressing its commitment to taking all necessary legal measures to ensure the fulfillment of its rights and the rights of its shareholders .

It is worth noting that the company had announced in April 2022 the Court of Appeal’s ruling to uphold the ruling issued by the Major Claims Department of the General Court in Riyadh to terminate the contract for the sale of land north of Riyadh concluded between it and the seller and dated 12-01-1429 AH, and obligating the seller to pay the amount of 202 million riyals to the company.
