PRESSR: CI Capital Asset Management announces the closing of subscription for the "Egypt Green Sustainability Fund," the first sustainable equity fund in Egypt.

Cairo: CI Capital Asset Management, a subsidiary of CI Capital Holding (CICH.CA) , the leading diversified financial services group in Egypt, announced the closing of subscription for Egypt's first open-ended ESG- compliant equity fund, the "Egypt Green Estidama Fund." The fund is the first of its kind to be publicly available to individuals and institutions. The fund aims to invest in ESG -compliant Egyptian Exchange stocks, after it was oversubscribed by more than 400%. The company's management thanked its clients and partners for their support and trust.

Purchase and redemption requests will be available daily starting this July through Egyptian banks and CI Capital Bond Brokerage as receiving entities.

The Egypt Green Fund reflects CI Capital's sustained commitment to supporting Egypt's sustainable development goals. Global studies have indicated the superior performance of sustainable investments over the long term, despite recent challenges in some global markets .

It is worth noting that the fund will invest in the shares of the top 30 companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, in accordance with environmental, social, and governance standards. It will feature a broad sectoral diversity, including financial services, industries, basic materials, healthcare, consumer goods, real estate, and other sectors.
