Qiddiya and Globant Partner to Create Advanced Digital System for Visitors and Residents

Riyadh - Mubasher: Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and Globant, a leading technology company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced a partnership aimed at establishing Qiddiya as a home for the most innovative, exciting and diverse experiences in the fields of entertainment, sports, culture and arts, and one of the most integrated centers in the world.
As part of this partnership with Qiddiya Investment Company, Globant will develop the “PLAY LIFE Connected Experience” in Qiddiya City, an advanced digital system designed to transform the interaction experience for visitors and residents with activities and shows, according to what was reported by the Saudi Press Agency “SPA” today, Monday.
The system will leverage AI, data analytics and cloud computing to develop a seamless interface that personalises and enhances every interaction in Qiddiya, allowing visitors to book event tickets, manage their entertainment, cultural and sports programmes, discover new adventures and engage with the community, all through a single, timely interface.
Abdulrahman Al Ali, Chief Information Officer at Qiddiya Investment Company, stressed the importance of this cooperation between the two parties in achieving the aspirations of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC).
For his part, Mamdouh Al-Dubayan, Managing Director of the Middle East and North Africa region at Globant, explained that the deal will help the Saudi workforce advance in the technical sector.
