Riyadh - Mubasher: Caterion Catering Holding Company announced the board’s decision to appoint the current CEO, Wajdi Mohammed Al-Ghaban, as the managing director for the current session and to appoint Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Shahil as the CEO to succeed him, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

The company explained, in a statement on “Tadawul”, today, Monday, that the decision will be effective as of February 1, 2025.

She pointed out that this decision comes within the framework of the Board of Directors' vision to enhance and support the company's strategic directions.

The company noted that Mohammed Al-Shaheel has extensive experience spanning more than 23 years in the field of business management, development, and food industry in the Middle East and Spain.

He most recently served as Executive Vice President of the Food Services Sector at Almarai Company, where he led the building of the company’s business sector in the Gulf region, achieving exceptional results. He also held several different leadership positions at Al Safi Danone Company.

He also served as CEO of Al Safi Dairy Company, CEO of International Baby Food Company, and previously worked at SABIC.

The company stated that Al-Shaheel holds a bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in marketing, and a master’s degree in business administration from London Business School.
