This conference comes as part of the Cairo 3A School training program, the first of its kind in Egypt. It aims to qualify broiler breeders, grandparents, and mothers on all technical aspects of farm management and raise their efficiency by providing scientific and practical knowledge to poultry workers. This knowledge and skills will enable them to achieve success and build human resources capable of contributing more to the poultry industry by providing them with opportunities to learn and grow. This comes within the framework of the company's belief in the importance of caring for the human element to ensure the sustainable growth of the poultry industry.
Mr. Ibrahim Wagdy, CEO of Cairo 3A Poultry, said: “The human element represents the backbone of the poultry industry. This industry requires extensive experience and continuous monitoring of poultry flocks. Farmers must have a comprehensive vision for selecting the best breeds, feeding, vaccinations, house design, ventilation, and other technical aspects that must be mastered and handled with great care and attention, enabling them to achieve the highest return on their investments. Therefore, Cairo 3A Poultry focuses on investing in human resources and cadres working in the poultry sector, through practical and theoretical training, based on our full support for all parties involved in this strategic industry, achieving the desired growth and ensuring food security, which is one of our most important goals in the Egyptian market.”
Wagdy adds: "Training and qualification are provided during the conference, starting with an initial test to measure the level of participants, who then attend eight scientific lectures for eight hours, in addition to four hours of discussions. Finally, a final evaluation test was conducted, with 80% of participants receiving an "excellent" grade.
Since its inception, Cairo 3A Poultry has aimed to be a key player and supporter of the poultry industry and all stakeholders, primarily poultry farmers, to ensure the industry's growth and development and achieve food security.
