PRESSR: Cognita Middle East and Roshen Group sign MoU to establish world-class educational facilities in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Cognita Middle East, the regional hub for the global school group, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Roshan Group, the leading multi-asset real estate developer in Saudi Arabia wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, with the aim of establishing world-class educational facilities within the Kingdom.

The two sides signed the agreement during the Cityscape Global 2025 event in Riyadh, and it reflects the group’s commitment to diversifying its investment portfolio and strengthening its long-term growth and expansion plans within vital social infrastructure sectors.

Under the memorandum of understanding, the two parties intend to collaborate on establishing customized private schools, with Cognita Middle East operating them. Both parties also aim to provide an innovative learning environment that aligns with the Kingdom's aspirations to offer exceptional educational experiences and attract leading global educational brands to the region.
