DUBAI, June 14 (Reuters) - A senior Iranian official told Reuters that the final draft of the memorandum of understanding with the United States covers a range of issues such as Tehran's nuclear program, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and U.S. waivers from oil sanctions, with the final agreement to be discussed within 60 days of the two sides reaching an agreement.
