Sources: Riyadh Airlines is considering purchasing 25 to 30 additional Boeing aircraft.

- Riyadh-based startup Airline is considering buying between 25 and 30 additional Boeing 787 Dreamliners by exercising most of its contractual options with the U.S. aircraft manufacturer, sources said.

Riyadh Airlines, which operated its first revenue-generating commercial flight last month, has ordered up to 72 Boeing Dreamliner aircraft in 2023, including 39 final orders and options to purchase 33 more.

The sources said an announcement that the Saudi company would convert the majority of those options into final purchases could come at the Farnborough Airshow next week, but they said details were still under discussion.

Riyadh Airlines and Boeing declined to comment.
