- Mobily was awarded the title of best network in the Kingdom, in recognition of its outstanding overall experience across all indicators approved by OpenSignal.
- Saudi Telecom Company dominated the successes recorded in the field of speed, which witnessed its outright winning of the four awards dedicated to speed, including 5G download speed and 5G upload speed.
- Saudi Telecom Company won the Coverage Experience Award and the 5G Coverage Experience Award, reinforcing its superiority in terms of reach.
- Mobily has excelled in the areas of reliability and service consistency, having won two awards for reliability experience and consistent quality.
- Mobily has distinguished itself by providing the best experience in the field of video streaming and quality.
This report comes at a crucial juncture for the Saudi telecommunications sector, following the release of the 2025-2027 Commercial and Innovative Spectrum Use Plan by the Communications and Space Technology Commission (CSTC).
