Riyadh – Mubasher: Naqawa Information Technology Company announced signing a resale, joint venture, and commercial partnership agreement with Velents.ai , an artificial intelligence company, on May 13, 2025 .

In a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday, Naqawah explained that this agreement enables the company to offer and resell Velents' AI products, solutions, and technologies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also grants Naqawah exclusive access to more than 70 government and private entities across the Kingdom, with the possibility of expanding the exclusivity with the consent of both parties .

The company added that the partnership also includes the joint development of AI products tailored to the Saudi market, enabling these solutions to be offered under the Naqawa brand, leveraging Velents' advanced technologies.

Naqawah noted that as part of this agreement, the two companies will also collaborate on building joint projects by establishing a joint studio to develop and incubate innovative AI products in the Kingdom that serve multiple sectors such as education, healthcare, security, public services, and the financial sector, in line with the Kingdom's emerging trends and needs .

Naqawah stated that as a result of this partnership, several advanced AI products are now ready and available for launch under Naqawah's ownership, paving the way for enhanced efficiency, innovation, and growth in the Kingdom .

The company confirmed that this partnership represents a strategic step in line with Naqawa's vision to expand its AI portfolio, empower AI capabilities, enhance its internal capabilities, and contribute to achieving the Kingdom's broader goals of digital empowerment .
