- Wall Street's three major indexes were little changed at the open on Friday, as investors awaited the highly anticipated listing of South Korea's leading chipmaker SK Hynix on the Nasdaq, while renewed conflict in the Middle East fueled concerns about inflation.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 135.5 points, or 0.26 percent, to 52,622.92, and the Standard & Poor's 500 gained four points, or 0.05 percent, to 7,547.64.

The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 31.4 points, or 0.12 percent, to 26,175.535.
