July 8 (Reuters) - Accenture Capital, a unit of IT consulting firm Accenture ACN.N, is seeking to raise $5 billion through a bond offering, according to a preliminary term sheet filed on Wednesday.
The offering includes both floating-rate notes and fixed-rate senior notes across multiple tranches, with maturities ranging from 2029 to 2036.
Joint book-running managers include BofA Securities, Barclays Capital and Citigroup Global Markets.
The debt will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Accenture ACN.N, according to the filing.
