According to the Tadawul announcement dated 24/03/2024, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group(4013.SA) has reached a pivotal milestone with the finalization and forthcoming opening of the Al-Fayhaa Hospital in Jeddah Governorate. This significant development follows the initial announcement made on 31 December 2023, outlining the project's progress and partnership with Alandalus Property Co.(4320.SA).

Situated strategically at King Abdulaziz Square, where King Abdullah Road meets Prince Majed Road in the Al-Fayhaa district, the hospital has successfully secured its final license from the Ministry of Health on 23 March 2024. The group has announced the operational commencement of the hospital and its readiness to welcome clients starting from 31 March 2024.

The completion of testing and commissioning for the hospital's operational needs marks a crucial step towards its opening. The facility is equipped with a comprehensive team of medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff, ensuring a phased operational rollout that aligns with the incremental growth in client demand.

This new healthcare institution is poised to significantly impact the Group's financial performance, with its contributions expected to be reflected from the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024 onwards. The Al-Fayhaa Hospital project underscores Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group's commitment to expanding its healthcare services and enhancing medical facilities in the region.
