NEW YORK, April 29 (Reuters Breakingviews) - Four industry giants will invest over $600 bln in 2026 amid a frantic rush for capacity. That’s great for cloud units, but alliances and extracurriculars matter. Microsoft’s OpenAI tie-up and software bent earns a discount, while Alphabet gets a premium with Anthropic and chips.
