BUZZ-European autos fall after Trump flags higher US tariffs

** German carmakers drag European auto stocks lower after President Donald Trump said on Friday the U.S. would raise tariffs on European cars and trucks
** Trump said the tariffs would increase this week from the previously agreed 15%, saying the bloc had not complied with its trade deal with Washington
** The pan-European STOXX subindex for carmakers and auto parts .SXAP falls 1.5%, the biggest faller in the region, while the broader STOXX 600 .STOXX is up 0.1%
** Continental CONG.DE leads losses, down 5.2%.
** Stuttgart-based Porsche P911_p.DE and Mercedes MBGn.DE fall 2.6% and 2.1% respectively, while Munich-based BMW BMWG.DE is down 2.1%. Volkswagen VOWG.DE slides 2%
** Elsewhere in the sector, Paris-listed shares of Stellantis STLAM.MI are down 0.9%, and Volvo VOLCARb.ST edges down 0.5%
