** Medical supply giant Medline's MDLN.O shares fall 4.5% to $36 premarket
** MDLN unveils secondary offering of 60 million shares by stockholders including Blackstone BX.N, Hellman & Friedman (H&F) and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA)
