** Shares in FedEx Corp FDX.N down ~2.4% ahead of fiscal Q4 results due out after market close
** Analysts see package delivery company reporting adjusted EPS of $5.96 vs $6.07 a year ago on revenue of $24.04 bln, an 8.2% increase vs last year, according to latest data collected by LSEG
** In last eight quarters, FDX revenue met or beat expectations six times with misses in Q1 and Q2 of fiscal year 2025, while EPS also beat Street six times with small miss in Q3 of fiscal 2025 and 24% miss in Q1 of 2025
** After the quarter ended in May, FedEx completed the spinoff of its freight business to form FedEx Freight FDXF.N, so results include the spun off business
** However, Stifel analyst J. Bruce Chan expects investor attention, management commentary/guidance focused on remaining parcel business where he sees demand as "fragile, but stable"
** Sees parcel pricing "a tale of two cities" with a competive economy segment vs "a more disciplined priority market", with FedEx and rival UPS leaning into "margin restoration"
** FDX last traded at $321.01 vs median PT of $377, down from $425.50 a month ago, according to LSEG, with 29 analyst ratings: 7 'strong buy', 11 'buy', 9 'hold' and 2 'sell'
** YTD FDX up ~38% vs ~25% gain for Dow Jones Transport Average Index .DJT and ~8% gain for broader S&P 500 .SPX
