** Google parent Alphabet GOOGL.O disclosed in an SEC filing it holds SPCX shares worth $94.1 bln; that equates to about 6% stake, based on SPCX's current market cap of roughly $1.52 trln
** GOOGL's marketable equity securities include $80 bln in SPCX shares subject to short-term restrictions on the ability to sell and $14.1 bln of shares subject to long-term restrictions through Q3 2027, according to the filing
